JOJOBA OIL- With anti-inflammatory properties to reduce redness and ease the symptoms of irritating skin conditions.

  • Light the candle for 10 minutes before treatment.
  • Place a towel or cushion down for warmth and comfort.
  • Once melted and flame extinguished, pour the oils on your hands. Apply to the client’s arm.
  • Using alternate hands, effleurage up the arm to the elbow to spread oil. Repeat three times.
  • Hold clients hand. Thumb petrissage to the elbow concentrating on Radius and Ulna. Drain back down to wrist. Repeat three times.
  • Check if client is comfortable with pressure.
  • Place hand flat on to the towel, using both hand thumb petrissage around the carpal tunnel/wrist in a figure of 8. Repeat three times.
  • Place thumbs between carpals, drain down to fingers nails. Repeat three times.
  • Place hand in yours palm up, thumb petrissage or light knuckling in a circular motion. Repeat on palms twice.
  • Flat hand effleurage up towards the elbow. Use knuckles to circle around elbow three times.
  • Drain down the arm to hands three times.
  • Hold hand with both hands to stretch carpals three times.
  • Place hand palm down, place one hand on top and apply pressure. Hold for 5 seconds and gently lift hands off.
